Stay Connected and Never Miss a Post

Simple ways to keep receiving posts and updates that matter.

I recently switched to self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org), and while it’s been a great step forward for the blog, the transition hasn’t been perfect. One of the hiccups I ran into was that many of my original subscribers didn’t carry over to the new platform. So, they (maybe you) could be missing future posts and updates.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you might have expected this post to land in your inbox automatically. If it didn’t, you’re not alone. It’s not you—it’s the transfer process. Tech support is helping me figure it out, but in the meantime, I want to make sure you don’t miss anything.

6 Ways to Instantly Receive Posts and Updates

If you’d like to keep receiving updates from me, here are six easy ways to stay connected—each tailored to how you like to engage online.

  1. Email Subscription: This is the most direct method. Just head over to the right-hand side of the blog, look for the “Subscribe” title under the search box, enter your email address, and click “Subscribe Now!” You’ll receive each post straight to your inbox.
  2. WordPress Follow: If you’re a fellow blogger or WordPress user, you can just hit the “Follow” button in the lower right corner of your screen. Even if you don’t use WordPress, this option still works as an email subscription.
  3. RSS Feed: If you’re someone who uses BlogLines, Feedly or other feed readers, you can add my blog by clicking the small orange RSS button under the “Subscribe Now!” button. It’s a great way to curate your reading list.
  4. Facebook: Facebook’s News Feed captures everything these days. You can “Like” my page at Facebook.com/PastorJeremyNorton, and new posts will appear in your feed. Simple and familiar.
  5. X (Twitter): Prefer shorter updates? Just click “Follow” X.com/PastorJNorton, and you’ll see new posts right in your feed.
  6. Other Social Networks: If you live on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo or Tumblr; you can find me there too. No matter the platform, I try to stay active and engaged.

Why This Connection Still Matters

No matter which method you choose, I want you to know how thankful I am for your continued support. So many of you—friends, family members, and even people I’ve never met—have taken the time to read my posts, comment, share, and reach out. It’s humbling. Truly.

Philippians 1:3 says, “I thank my God in all my remembrance of you.”

That verse has never felt more real. Every comment, every share, every encouragement reminds me why I do this in the first place—to connect, encourage, and share what God is teaching me.

Let’s Stay in Touch

If you ever want to reach out beyond the blog, you can contact me through the contact page, message me on any social platform, or even call me directly at 587-433-1018.

Whether it’s through email, social, or a good old-fashioned phone call, I’d love to hear from you. Thank you for reading, for following, and for walking this journey with me. It means more than you know.
