Church Leadership and Ministry Training / Custom Workshops and Coaching
Equipping Churches and Ministries for Greater Impact
I provide church leadership and ministry training through customized workshops designed to help churches, camps, and ministries strengthen their leadership, vision, and outreach. Whether you’re looking to refocus your mission, develop team-based leadership, or navigate outreach in today’s culture, I can help.
1. Church Leadership and Vision-Casting for Your Future
A fresh start with a clear vision! – Every church and ministry needs a mission and vision that are simple, memorable, and actionable. If your leadership team struggles with wordy or unclear mission and vision statements, I can help refine them into something that mobilizes your team and aligns with the Great Commission.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)
2. Revitalizing Your Church or Ministry
Breaking out of stagnation and into new life! – It’s easy for ministries to fall into routine, clinging to tradition rather than focusing on outreach. But healthy church leadership and ministry training refocus teams on Christ’s mission, breathing new life into their congregation.
“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19)
3. Moving to Team-Based Ministry
A healthier way to lead! – Church leadership can get bogged down in politics, policies, and committees. But when we shift to a team-based approach, ministry becomes more effective and engaging. This workshop explores how church leadership can implement team-based ministry training, equipping teams for better collaboration and impact.
“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 ESV)
4. Creating a Next Steps Pathway
Clear steps for spiritual growth! – Membership, baptism, and confirmation classes should be inviting and engaging, not just another program to check off a list. A well-designed discipleship pathway helps people take meaningful steps in their faith journey and grow as fully devoted followers of Jesus. Let’s create a framework that increases participation and commitment.
“So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.” (Ephesians 2:19)
5. Reaching a Cancel Culture
Evangelism in a secular world! – Sharing the Gospel can feel intimidating in today’s culture, but effective church leadership equips believers to share their faith with confidence. This workshop helps churches shift from fear to a mission-focused mindset.
“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

Still Not Sure?
If you’re unsure whether a workshop is the right next step, let’s talk. Even if you’re just exploring options, I’d be happy to offer leadership training insights over a quick call. Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation to spark a fresh idea or new direction.
No matter where you are in your ministry journey, keep moving forward in faith.
“I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14)
Trust that no challenge can hinder the Holy Spirit’s work or the power of God’s saving grace. As pastors, leaders, and servants of the Gospel, let’s walk boldly in our calling.
Peace,
