INTRODUCING SPINDRIFT PRODUCTIONS

Interview with Kurt Kristianson (Part 1)

Taking great photos and videos is an art. Not to mention the art of editing and producing great images and movies, once the shots and footage have been gather together.

Smartphones have introduced an age where cameras are available anywhere, at anytime. Through social media, the world is saturated with images and video every day.

That being said, professional photographers and videographers continue to raise the bar! They continue to pump out awe-inspiring masterpieces!

Kurt Kristianson is one such professional.

Through his company, Spindrift Productions; Kurt has created a space where the adventure and commercial worlds collide.

Over the next few posts, I’ll be featuring clips from a Skype interview with Kurt.

You’ll hear how one day Kurt is hunkered down with his camera and a zoom lens, outside of a fox den. Next, he’s out to the oil patch, getting footage for commercial projects. Kurt has chameleon creative skills.

Any place, anywhere at anytime.

Kurt can adjust to environment, surroundings and client demographics; in order to get the best images and footage possible. His unique ability to move in and out of the natural and professional worlds, gives him a leg-up on other producers.

Furthermore, his dependency on the Lord and desire for good ethics within his craft, make him a diamond in the rough.
